Some users may find formatting issues when uploading certain types of documents. Converting your document to a PDF (Portable Document Format) can help to eliminate those issues because it retains the format that you intended.
Problem: When I upload my artifact/document, part of the document is not visible/legible.
Solution: Download your document into PDF format. Upload and submit the document in PDF format as evidence.
