At the top of each unit, there is a navigation bar to help you move through each section easily. Each navigation point will have a subset of navigational fields to help you easily move through the unit. You can also vertically scroll from one subsection to another.

- Get Started - Provides an overview of the unit. Get Started includes:
- Demonstrated Outcomes -The measurable skills, abilities, knowledge, or values that students should be able to demonstrate as a result of completing a unit.
- Artifacts in This Portfolio - A brief overview of the artifacts that together provide evidence that demonstrated outcomes have been met.
- Rationale - An overview of the importance of this unit.
- Vocabulary - List of the terms and definitions used throughout the unit.
- Resources and References - An alphabetized list of resources used within the Learn activities, as well as references for texts parenthetically cited throughout the unit.
- Demonstrated Outcomes -The measurable skills, abilities, knowledge, or values that students should be able to demonstrate as a result of completing a unit.
- Learn - Activities that prepare the participant to successfully build the portfolio of evidence.

- Artifacts - Provides the instructions and requirements for building artifacts for submission. The number of artifacts per unit may vary.

- Review Artifact -Lists all requirements that must be marked complete before submitting the artifact.
- Submit Artifact - Provides the opportunity to Submit the artifact for review.
- Artifact Overview - Describes the parts of this artifact that together provide evidence that you have met the demonstrated outcomes. The number of parts per artifact may vary.
- Final Results - Provides the unit's status. Once all unit artifacts have passed assessment, this unit will be earned.
