Approvers review submissions after they have been reviewed by the assessor. Approvers are notified by email when an assessor submits a recommendation.
- Open an assigned submission. Note that you must be assigned as the approver in order to submit an earned/not earned decision. You can see who is assigned at the top of the submission.
- Review the submission evidence and the assessor's rating and feedback. Note that the evidence submitted by the earner is along the left while the assessor's rating and feedback is on the right.
- Click Submit Decision at the top right of the page.
- If you agree with the feedback and assessment, click Submit Decision again at the bottom of the page. If you'd like to pass the submission back to the assessor, click Pass Back at the bottom of the page. Note that you can leave notes for the assessor by clicking History at the top right of the page and typing a message.
The earner will receive an email notification letting them know their submission has been reviewed and direct them to their feedback.
