Depending on the setup of your program, you may need to add your micro-endorsement to your dashboard so that you can access the micro-credentials to begin your work.
You may also be able to remove personalized content micro-endorsements that you added at no additional cost to your dashboard.
Adding your first micro-endorsement:
Step 1: Click the blue Get Started button on your dashboard.
Step 2: Click Add to add your micro-endorsement/s to My Selections. Some Organizations may have multiple micro-endorsements to choose from. Choose the micro-endorsement/s you would like to complete and click the green Add button in the bottom right corner.
Step 3 - Click Add to Dashboard to add your chosen micro-endorsements to your dashboard. You can remove a micro-endorsement prior to adding it to your dashboard by clicking the blue Remove button in the bottom right corner of the micro-endorsement or by clicking the red X next to the endorsement name in My Selections.
If your organization is not covering the full cost of the micro-endorsement, click Begin Checkout. Payment options will be displayed at this time.
Step 4: From your dashboard, click View Details for a quick look at the included micro-credentials. You can click on a micro-credential to begin your work. Click View Micro-endorsement for a more in-depth view of all micro-credentials in the micro-endorsement as well as to view additional program information on your Micro-endorsement Page.
Adding an additional micro-endorsement:
Click the blue View Available Micro-endorsements button to view any available micro-endorsements. Follow the steps above to add them to your dashboard.
Adding a micro-endorsement when you belong to multiple organizations:
In some cases, if you belong to multiple organizations, you may need to choose the correct organization from a drop-down menu as shown below. Follow the steps above to add your chosen micro-endorsements to your dashboard.
Removing a $0 micro-endorsement from your dashboard:
If your program allows you to choose personalized content at no additional cost, you can remove the micro-endorsement from your dashboard as long as no micro-credentials in the endorsement have been submitted for review.
Step 1: Click Remove on the micro-endorsement tile.
If you do not see a Remove button, the micro-endorsement is either required or you have already submitted a micro-credential.
Step 2: Click the green Submit button on the pop-up confirmation box.
A confirmation will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen and the micro-endorsement will no longer appear on your dashboard.
