The ADDIE micro-credential model allows participants to organize their portfolio of evidence by each requirement (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Participants are required to submit a complete portfolio of evidence in order to be eligible to earn the micro-credential. A portfolio is considered complete when each requirement in the micro-credential includes participant created / collected evidence.
If a participant submits an incomplete portfolio for an ADDIE micro-credential, assessors will assess all criteria as “Not Met” and communicate to the participant that they must submit a complete portfolio in order to receive an assessment of their work.
An Incomplete Portfolio is defined as:
- No evidence provided for a requirement or
- No reasonable effort was made to (create, collect, develop, etc.) evidence and thus it is determined not to meet "minimum requirements" and is considered incomplete.
