You have submitted your portfolio of evidence for a micro-credential and received feedback that there are 1 or more Pre-Assessment Check Indicators pre-assessed as Not Yet Met. Pre-Assessment Check assesses if the basic artifact requirements are present in the submission. These Pre-Assessment Check requirements may include; the use of specific templates, legibility, audio and/or video quality, and other characteristics that indicate the artifact is ready to be assessed.

Step 1: Navigate to Exercise. All artifacts are updated within the Exercise tab.
Step 2: You will be able to see which Pre-Assessment Check indicators were assessed as Met and which were assessed as Not Yet Met and need to be updated to be eligible for assessment of quality:
- Determine how the artifact needs to be updated to meet the Pre-Assessment Check indicators.
- Delete old evidence. Do you need to upload a new or an updated version of a template, document audio, or video? Click the Remove Artifact option to delete the old evidence so that only your updated evidence is submitted. Alternatively, you can select the Update Artifact option to remove the uploaded file but retain your annotations.
Step 3: Review then resubmit.
- Self-assess your evidence against the Pre-Assessment Check and Competency indicators as if you were the assessor.
