The Cohort Dashboard is a new feature available to BloomBoard users with the Coach and Faculty roles. The Cohort Dashboard provides the ability to:
- View participants' pictures and bio within a selected cohort
- View cohort progress within an entire Micro-endorsement
- View cohort progress within each Micro-credential
- View cohort participants’ evidence by Artifact within each Micro-credential
- View cohort participants’ assessment feedback by artifact within each Micro-credential
To get started, navigate to my.bloomboard.com and click on My Cohort Dashboard.
If you are a coach or faculty member with multiple organizations or cohorts, use the drop-down filters to choose an organization and then the cohort you would like to preview.
View participants' pictures and bio within a cohort
- Scroll down to view all of the participants within the My Students section.
- Participants who are removed from the cohort are labeled as (removed from cohort).
View cohort progress within an entire Micro-endorsement
- In the My Students section, click People. This provides an overview of each participant’s progress within the micro-endorsement.
Click a participant’s picture to learn about their progress within the micro-endorsement. - Micro-endorsement status definitions:
- Removed from cohort: The participant no longer has access to the program.
- In Progress: The participant has started one or more micro-credentials within the Micro-endorsement.
- In Progress: The participant has started one or more micro-credentials within the Micro-endorsement.
- Earned: The entire set of micro-credentials within the Micro-endorsement has been submitted and earned.
You can also view the status of each micro-credential within the micro-endorsement.
- Micro-credential status definitions:
- In Progress: The participant has started the micro-credential
- Submitted: The participant has submitted the micro-credential for review.
- Resubmission: The participant is working on a second (or more) attempt at earning the micro-credential.
- Earned: All artifacts within the micro-credential have been submitted and earned.
View cohort progress within each Micro-credential
- In the My Students section, click Detailed Progress. This provides an overview of each participant’s progress within each micro-credential within the micro-endorsement.
Please note, you may need to use the horizontal scroll to view all micro-credentials within the micro-endorsement. - See this article for more information on micro-credential submissions status to help you analyze your program data. You can also filter each micro-credential title by status as well as by artifact.
- Hover over the status to use tooltips to view Attempt # and last modification date for each artifact within the micro-credential.
- From the My Students: People view, you can click on a participant's name and use the Chat with Student button to send a message to the user you searched for.
- Please Note: When a previous DM with the participant exists, the DM will populate. When there is not a previous DM, the feature will take you to the discussion.

View cohort participants’ evidence by Artifact
- Use the People menu or the search bar to see what they most recently worked on, or uploaded, and view their individual progress.
- Click the participant's name.
- Access the Micro-credential tab.
- Click on the micro-credential tile to view artifacts that have already been uploaded. You will also be able to view feedback left by the assessor.
- Please Note: Currently, Learn activities are not viewable.

- Use the Detailed Progress menu or the search bar to select a participant with an Incomplete, In Progress, Not Yet Earned, Resubmission, or Earned status.
- Click on the micro-credential to directly see pre-assessment / assessment feedback the participants’ have received on a submitted portfolio.
