You can mention another user in discussions within the Collaborate feature. There are two ways to mention another user:
- From within the Discussion, type the @ symbol and any character. Then select the name of the user whom you'd like to mention.
- From within the Discussion, click the @ symbol in the menu found at the bottom of the page to view available users.
Please Note: Only users within the discussion will be displayed in the list of users available to mention.
Only those with a designated Coach or Faculty role can @ mention the entire group using @group.
