Doane students can sign in to their BloomBoard account through Doane University's Single Sign On (Canvas) using their Doane email address.
Logging in through Canvas for the first time:
Step One: Watch this video to see how to log in directly to Canvas by going directly to https://doane.instructure.com.
Step Two: On your canvas dashboard, click on one of your courses.
Step Three: Under your course page’s “Home” tab, you will see the “BloomBoard Course” button under “Course Information”. You can log in to BloomBoard by clicking this button.
You can also log in by scrolling down to the “BloomBoard Access & Resources” section.
Logging in to BloomBoard through Canvas for the first time:
The first time you log in, you will be taken to the BloomBoard platform. The screen will ask you to update your account information. Enter your name and email address. You must use your Doane email address ending in @doane.edu. The email field will auto-populate with your Doane email if you are logged in to Canvas.
You should get a screen verifying that your BloomBoard account exists. Click Link Account.
You will be sent a verification email with instructions to link your Doane account with your BloomBoard account. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see this email in your inbox.
Click on the link in your verification email to sign on to BloomBoard.
